Heritage classes

Practice yoga where Patan was built

Our evening classes run inside a heritage courtyard in the old city — a space of carved wood, stone, and quiet that most visitors only see in photographs. You practice in it.

For residents, it is the calmest hour of the day. For visitors to Kathmandu, it is one hour of real practice inside a living world-heritage zone, not a hotel gym.

Sessions are open to all levels and led by Karizma Shrestha. Drop in on any pass, or book a private heritage session for your group.

For visitors to Kathmandu

Visitor drop-in includes a mat and a short orientation. Ask us on WhatsApp for visitor pricing — the setting is one you will not find in a city gym.
